Grandma’s mince is all about making your own variations, every female in the family has their own take on it. To keep the recipe authentic I couldn’t add garlic, I love garlic but Grandma does not.

Thank you so very much – at last I have a recipe that gives the method for making a yummy mince dish. I can then tweek the seasonings to take it in various directions. And your recipe will be so easy to reduce or increase quantities as needed, and make up until the stage before the mixed veggies are added so I can freeze in “Michelle sized” portions. What a winning recipe!
