Best EVER Brownie Recipe

George and I have recently eaten some amazing chocolate brownie from Stiffkey Stores in North Norfolk. Now, it’s pretty obvious living in Essex we can’t just pop up to Stiffkey every time we would like to eat brownies! So we decided to try out several different recipes on the quest to find the perfect brownie recipe and I’m pleased to say we found a recipe which we love!

The ingredients are below, but it you want to see how to make it – click on the video above to see us make the recipe in person.

Ingredients:

  • 250g butter
  • 300g caster sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 250g melted chocolate
  • 60g cocoa powder
  • 60g plain flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 50g chocolate chips

Hope you enjoy and if you try the recipe please comment below and let us know how it turned. Also people always ask me where my apron is from and it was a gift from Seasalt. It is oilcloth which means I can wipe it down and I don’t get wet when wearing it.
